Chapter Meetings and Events

Chapter Meetings:

The Dolley Madison Chapter, NSDAR, meets the second Sunday of every month, January through May and September though December, in the afternoon in Washington, D.C. Each chapter meeting consist of a program, guest speaker or tour, and a short business meeting.  All meetings cover a broad range of topics supporting our National Society objectives of patriotism, education, and historic preservation.

Events:

The Dolley Madison Chapter, NSDAR, is active in our local community.  We often gather outside of our monthly chapter meetings for service projects, other events, field trips to sites around the beautiful Washington, D.C., area, and fun!

Invitation to Prospective Members:

We would love to meet you!  We have an open invitation to all prospective members who would like to attend a monthly meeting as our guests. Come meet our chapter members, learn about our service to the community, and enjoy some fun and fellowship! Dolley Madison Chapter, NSDAR

Established 1892. Named for the charming and talented lady who was the hostess of the President’s Mansion during the Jefferson and Madison administrations. We are a growing, multigenerational group of women with varying interests and skillsets who share a passion for serving our community, learning about our history, and enjoying fellowship with each other!
